Business Owner Lucy Rico has been in the hair industry for 8 Years. She first started her career in the Cosmetology field and continued on in her training to be a Cosmetology Instructor. Wanting to elevate her skills to the next level received a Class A Barbers License followed by a Barbers Instructors License. She then worked hard to help establish a successful Barbershop and she saw the need for a Barbershop that centers around the Client and their needs. Lucy's focus is precision and staying current with the trends, but taking into account the clients preferences. Industrious Barbershop & Salon was born from Lucy's desire to a "no limit" experience! Lucy Rico's hair knowledge is unmatched, combined with her attention to detail will leave you looking and feeling your BEST!!
